I have always had an interest in hypnosis and I was motivated to train in hypnotherapy after undergoing treatment for stress by a hypnotherapist some years ago. I believe this allows me to connect with clients, knowing first-hand what it is like to be in the grip of negative repetitive thought patterns.
I trained at the Clifton Practice in Bristol, one of the leading hypnotherapy training schools in the country. From here I gained a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, which entailed some 600 hours of study involving a large element of practical work. I also hold the externally-accredited Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma. I am a member of the Complementary and Natural Health Care Council and adhere to its code of ethics.
As part of my commitment to continuous professional development, I and am engaged in ongoing training in the latest techniques.
I am based at the following location –
- DDB Physiotherapy, 1 Pier Street, Lee-on-the-Solent, PO13 9LD. On-street parking available.
